Innovation Place, so is the name of the first office building with innovative, energy-saving air-conditioning design that is currently under construction in North Sydney, 100 Arthur Street. It extends over 21 floors offering approximately 23,000 m² of office space and includes a 3-storey foyer. Combining modern architecture and state-of-the-art energy-saving mechanical installations it will be one of the first "green buildings" in Sydney. The office air-conditioning will meet the client's high requirements. For this purpose a system combining active and passive chilled beams along with twist outlets – all manufactured by KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN – was tested at scale 1:1 at our R&D facility. The test results were so positive that in April 2006 Krantz Products & Systems Australia got the order for the delivery of these products. This is one of the largest orders in the history of KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN and it goes without saying that we shall do our utmost to contribute to the successful construction of this building.
