International sales meeting in Berlin from 12 to 15 May 2011

Every other year KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN invite their international trading agencies to a sales meeting. This is of importance as these agencies account for more than half of the yearly order volume of KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN.

This year’s meeting in Berlin from 12 to 15 May was attended by agents from 15 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada/USA, France, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, and UK.

On Friday the meeting started with lectures on, for instance, new products developed by
KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN and the Green Building philosophy as well as information on the new German standard DIN 1946-4 relating to the air conditioning of operating theatres. We also made an exhaustive presentation of the new KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN diffuser for operating theatres (OP-Z).

In the afternoon we ran a workshop on how to improve marketing and sales strategies around the globe.

A fringe programme completed the meeting, on Friday night in the ‘Wintergarten’ music hall and on Saturday in the German Bundestag.

All attendees agreed to say that the meeting war successful, very informative and
forward-looking.
