Renovation of the Botanic Institute involved KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN
Palma de Mallorca/Aachen: The historic Botanic Institute building underwent a complete renovation in 2004. This building comprises offices for the Botanic Garden's manager and staff and for guest scientists, a meeting room, a herbarium, a seed bank as well as a laboratory. Considering the stringent requirements for air temperature and humidity in those rooms, the Botanic Institute looked for a high-duty air-conditioning system where the air outlets had to ensure excellent air distribution while being as unobtrusive as possible. Such a system was found at KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN. The best fitting outlets for the beam ceilings were adjustable induction outlets of type IN-V2. For the whole building KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN supplied adjustable induction outlets of type IN-V2 as well as broad multiplex outlets of type BF.
