2.1. Laminar outlet for operating theatres OP

Displacement air outlet for low-turbulence discharge of thermally treated, sterile supply air into the operating zone.

Standard construction:

Volume flow rate range:

650 – 1 390 l/s [2 400 – 5 000 m³/h]

Housing cross-section:

2 400 mm x 1 400 mm to 2 400 mm x 2 400 mm

Features:

  • Operating zone kept free of germs and aerosols through laminar displacement flow
  • Degree of contamination in operating zone < 0.1
  • Tested to DIN 4799
  • Stable jet pattern already at discharge velocities of 0.2 m/s
  • Connection for differential pressure measurement and particle sampling on the untreated air side
  • Leakage testing to DIN 1946, part 4
  • Air discharge element made of fine-mesh laminar fabric
  • Air outlet housing and filter case made either of stainless steel or of galvanized sheet steel with powder coating
  • Air outlet frame made of stainless steel
  • HEPA filter cells H14 to DIN EN 1822-1
  • Airtight dampers to DIN 1946, part 4, with electric servomotors
