Our parent company is setting new marks.

M+W Zander Gebäudetechnik GmbH has been renamed caverion GmbH. Our business unit KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN remains unchanged.

You will find more information in our attached letter dated 26/02/2007.

Dear Sirs,

Starting February 26, 2007, the new name of our parent company is caverion GmbH (formerly known as M+W Zander Gebäudetechnik GmbH). For you as a customer of the business unit KRANTZ KOMPONENTEN the change of the company name will have no influence on the daily business.

Our brand name KRANTZ will remain on the market as it is and it still stands for high quality standard of our components which we may guarantee long-lasting because of the perfect teamwork of an engaged and reliable group of employees.

Your contacts will still be available at the same phone and fax numbers. The current e-mail addresses will remain valid for a certain period of time, but we would request you to update your contact data within a couple of weeks. Our new e-mail addresses will be built as follows: forename.name@krantz.de

The new name caverion (pronounce: „Ka:veirion“) comes from latin „cavere“ which means to give security, to protect, to take precautions. It stands for all we perform as a partner providing perfect facility systems and leaning on traditions of skills and knowledge and about 100 years of experience.
